How to book:

Subtle Sound Immersion provides you with an experience of "deep core"; relaxation through the transforming medium of gentle sound and music. In a cosy, light studio you lie down, there is nothing to do but bathe in soothing resonant sounds.
Sessions start with a "check-in", then you lie back and close your eyes. Soon the studio is filled with meditative singing bowls, gongs, chimes and overtone chanting. Tuning forks aligned to the seven chakra energies create resonances that shift energy. You hear resonant "voicing", silvery folk guitars and low throbbing drums. Cathartic rainbow harmonies create a sense of great release. It is not uncommon that you may at times doze off. Subtle Sound Immersion works on your own ability to self-transform. Philosophically it draws on the wisdom of Ancient North American Indians and Jungian thought. Brain scans confirm the deep therapeutic value of working with sonic resonance on body, mind and spirit.
