Subtle Sound Immersion

Corporate Information

precis:

A single two-hour session would take place in a suitable room in corporate premises. A carpeted room is ideal but not essential. The room needs to be big enough to take all participants comfortably, and sufficiently quiet and self-contained for the purposes of the work.
After a brief introduction, particpants lie down on comfortable yoga mats with pillows, and light blankets covering them if required. A range of sounds and music is experienced, creating a "sound-journey" during which participants are encouraged to allow all the thoughts which surface to rise up and be noticed before letting them go.
At the end of the session a short period of silent rest is followed by a gentle and gradual "return to reality". There is an option at this point to have a feed-back session, but this is not essential.

-single session

A day workshop would take place in a suitable room as described above. The day would consist of one morning and one afternoon session. The morning session would be largely as described above, and the afternoon session would take the process further using guided visualisations, angel card selection and feedback opportunities. This is a much deeper level of group process which enhances and enriches the benefits of Subtle Sound Immersion.
There is also an option to include a gentle yoga session within the day: this can be used either in addition or instead of the afternoon session. As an activity this type of yoga, which is completely suitable for total beginners as well as those with some experience, powerfully complements and enhances the effects of Subtle Sound Immersion.

Other self-development activities which can be brought in are Mandala Painting (a way of painting in the round which enables creative self-discovery) and Voice Empowerment (developing easy vocal projection and healthy voice technique as well as presentational confidence).
